Al-Hamim Institute’s Primary School (Class 1 to Class 5) is a pivotal phase where we transition from foundational discovery to academic mastery. A Structured Pathway for Growth
Our primary level is divided into five distinct stages, carefully tailored to the developmental needs of each age group:
- Lower Primary (Class 1 & 2): Focused on six core subjects—The Holy Quran, Islamic Studies, Arabic, Bangla, English, and Mathematics.
- Upper Primary (Class 3 to 5): The curriculum expands to eight subjects, introducing Science and Bangladesh & Global Studies, providing a broader understanding of the world and society.
Our Signature Trilingual Mastery & Integrated Curriculum
We believe that language is the key to knowledge. At Al-Hamim, students build a robust foundation in three languages simultaneously through our specialized methods:
- Arabic Language (The Madani Nesab): Starting from Class 1, we implement the world-renowned Madani Nesab curriculum. Designed specifically for non-Arabic speakers, it empowers our students to understand and communicate in the language of the Quran with remarkable proficiency.
- English Excellence (Inspire English Series): As an English Version school, we follow the NCTB (English For Today) guidelines, supplemented by our advanced Inspire English Series. This combination accelerates the four essential skills—Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing—enabling students to become confident creative writers.
- Bengali Mastery (The Prerona Method): Along with NCTB textbooks, we use our proprietary Prerona Method. This approach encourages students to move beyond rote learning and explore the world of Bengali literature and creative expression independently.
The Heart of Our Education: Quran & Islamic Studies
Our spiritual curriculum is the soul of Al-Hamim. We utilize our innovative Ilham Method and the prestigious ‘I Love Islam’ textbook series to make Islamic learning engaging and practical.
- Quranic Fluency & Tajweed: By Class 3, our students achieve significant fluency in Quranic recitation. In the subsequent years (Class 4 & 5), we elevate their skills through advanced Tajweed rules, focusing on the precision and beauty of their Tilawah.
- Holistic Islamic Studies: Through the ‘I Love Islam’ series, we nurture a deep love for Allah (SWT) and the Prophet (PBUH), teaching Fiqh, Aqidah, and Seerah in a way that resonates with 21st-century young minds.
Academic Rigour in Science & Mathematics
Following the NCTB framework with enhanced pedagogical techniques, we teach Science, Mathematics, and Global Studies with a focus on:
